Enjoy Complimentary Shipping around Australia.
We offer Returns within 5 business days of receiving your product for Australian orders only. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and a 10% restocking fee applies. Please, email us with a request for return at orders@jjute.com.au. We recommend reusing & taping up original packaging for the return. Products will be examined upon return before using a refund.
Re-stocking Fees - If product is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address or error on the buyers end, shipping will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will apply for receiving product back into our inventory.
International Shipping from Sydney
Shipping from Sydney - Rates are based on size, weight and destination. Expect 10-15 business days for delivery. *All International orders are final Sale
All Interntaional orders are delivery Duties Unpaid and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Tarriffs, should they apply are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please keep in mind for trade orders an EIN number and documentation may be required prior to shipment.
Please, be aware of your countries import and customs tax. Import and customs duties, and tarriffs are not the responsibility of J'Jute. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover all costs and to contact their local customs office with any questions. J'Jute will not be responsible for duties or customs charges. Please, ensure your delivery details are correct as J'Jute will not be liable for any lost or stolen items. Shipping time may vary depending on location.
International Orders are Final Sale and Not Eligible for Return.
If the product is Damaged please email orders@jjute.com.au with detailed images within 3 days of delivery for further instructions.
J'Jute Jute baskets are soft and need to be stuffed for 3-5 days once received in order for the baskets to find their best shape after flat pack shipping.
